This is deskboard of town Liepaja in Latvia.
This site was built using JSP/Servlets plus XML/XSL technologies and supports three languages in interface. Site uses frames. This gives me the possibility to use mixed encodings and load only new data. Login and message system in UTF-8, main content in native encoding. This way provide users with possibility to read their mail (responses to the advertisements), in any language. On the other hand frames reduce the traffic for main content. |
